The sandblast table is the best of its kind for engraving letters and images onto marble and granite. This quick and easy engraving system produces top-quality results with great depth and an even finish that would be impossible using manual equipment. The system is very easy to use, as with the new intelligent software to reduce engraving areas you only need to provide the starting point for the engraving and the equipment automatically positions and transfers the different engraving areas, adapting to the required shape. The process is very simple:

1. Design using the cutting program.

2. Save on a USB drive.

3. Load the image saved on the USB drive onto the sandblast table.

4. Indicate the start point and the engraving begins.

This new system cuts engraving time by up to 50 per cent compared with a current automatic engraver. You can also programme the number of passes, speeds and work cycles to achieve different finishes. The Ma 1600 model is very sturdy and includes a free-standing table, designed for pieces up to 30 cm thick. It includes a suction head that lowers automatically by pneumatic piston and four brush rows that increase the suction flow for dust-free engraving.
